The idea was to bring a fresh and appealing experience to their online visitors to captivate users and showcase the possibilities of virtual tours, offering a seamless online walkthrough of properties.

Problem

The user interface (UI) of The Double H website was previously cluttered and lacked intuitive navigation, making the booking process difficult for users. Visitors often struggled to find properties, select dates, or add services such as car rentals, leading to a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

Solution

The website underwent a UI redesign that prioritised simplicity and ease of navigation. A clean, organised layout was implemented, making it easier for users to find properties based on categories, location, or amenities. Interactive features, like virtual tours and real-time property price comparison, streamlined the booking process.

Project Phase

The team consisted of two designers, a UX writer, and a product manager, who collaboratively worked to shape the project. The designers focused on creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, while the UX writer ensured clear, concise, and effective communication within the design. The product manager oversaw the overall vision, aligning the team's efforts with project goals and timelines. The project is currently in the development phase, where the designs and plans are being implemented and refined.
